"Find" MAXes CPU

I have Windows 2000 Professional, MS Office 2000.

I Word, sometimes when I type Ctrl. + F to find something in my document, it
will max out my processor. This is very odd, because I have an Intel Xeon
and opening Word only brings it to 18% CPU. The document is not huge; it
varries from 15 to 30 pages.

I have ATI Hydravision installed, but the problem also occures when
Hydravision is not running.
