"find people" dialog for multiple search criteria not found in out

Trying to find a multiple field search dialog in outlook 2003 similar to
outlook express's "find people" dialog.

It seems, outlook 2003 only offers a single field search criteria.... rather
than the more robust outlook express's "find people" dialog using multiple
search criteria.

Can one build an "find people" dialog for outlook 2003 ? or somehow be
copied from outlook express ? Please help.
