Help with Advanced Criteria for Search Folders

H

hhalpern

I'm running Outlook 2007 SP2 on Windows XP SP3, along with the most current
version of Windows Desktop Search.

I want to set up a search folder that finds emails with 4 or 5 separate
phrases in the subject lines and separate them with OR. So we would have a
search criteria that looks like "Subject1" OR "Subject2" OR "Subject3".

I can sort of get that to work by puting that into the "Search for the
words" field under Search Folder Criteria. But it becomes more complicated if
I also want to add several email addresses to the with an OR as well, i.e.
from = "From1" OR "From2" OR subject="Subject1" OR "Subject2" OR "Subject3".

If I go to the "Advanced" tab, from the best I can tell, those critera are
all AND criteria. The "More Advanced" button near the bottom is greyed out.

Does anyoen have any suggestions?

More advanced has never worked. :) You need querybuilder.
