Find Record Binoculars Button in Access 2010

Hi all

Looking at replacing a number of clients which will involve our Access2000
database being required to run on Access 2010.
It appears that some of the default command buttons in Access2000 have been
dropped or replaced in 2007/2010.
The Find Record button looks like it will catch us out, as this is used on a
number of forms.
Can anyone advise the new location of this command please?
I have tried Allen Browne's site and the on-line help, but appear to be
struggling here.

Also, can I just delete the old button off each form and substitute the new
one to make it compatible?
