Find repeated text in a text document in Excel

Hi:

I pasted several paragraphs of a text in Excel and I would like a simple way
for it to highlight all of the repeated words. Excel 2007.

Post an example, and exactly what you want highlighted.

How close together must the repeated words be?
What if there are multiple repeated words?

For example, in the above three lines, the words "repeated" and "words" occur
more than once.

One other question -- is the text all in one cell, or is it in multiple cells?
