find /replace within whole workbook and Macro question

Is there any way to find and replace items throughout the
whole workbook? Also what's a good website to learn about
creating a macro in Excel?

For example, if I wanted a cell within a worksheet to
automatically update on the master worksheet within the
workbook, and then every quarter, clear the information in
the cells with the data and date , and move the data in
the master worksheet so that new data can be added in?
