• find user defined field in the address book outlook 2007
â—‹ I defined the forth email address for one of my contact under "User
defined fields". My goal is to find this forth email address in the address
book. So when I composing a new email I could fill in the "to line" with the
forth email address by searching the "address book"** . Only three email
addresses shows up when I search the address book.

**(Note when the "to line" is pressed in the email the addresses book is
launched)

Not possible. One of many limitations of the address book view. Few people
use it nowadays because it is so limited.

if you need more than 3 addresses in the address book, you'll need to make
another contact for the person.
