Find values in a column

Dear all,
in a colomun I would lik to find out a certain word (alone or part of few
other words) and get the result True or Falso in another column.
For example

A B
house True
housewife True
house in a village True
home False
isolated house True

=ISNUMBER(SEARCH("house",A1))
