Find Windows\System32\ActExt.dll files

I am trying to copy my Act address book into my Outlook address book. Then
when I open my Microsoft Outlook 2002, an error sign pops up to say that
C:\Windows\System32\ActExt.dll file couldn't open. Detect and Repair does
not work on this problem.

Couldn't find 2002 specific knowledge base article, but maybe this one will point you
in the direction.
The add-in could not be installed or loaded" error message when you start Outlook
2000
