FindControl or FindControls Method?

Hi,

I am attempting to build a custom menu but I am encountering a little
difficulty with a commandbar method. I am developing my menu within MS Access
2000 (MS Office 2000) but I need it to be compatible with MS Access 97.

The method "FindControls" has been added to MS Access 2000 but this method
is "FindControl" in MS Access 97.

What is the difference between the two methods and which method should I use?
