finding clipart

In clip organizer, I see the icon for the picture I
want. When I try to insert it, I get a message that the
clipart is on my office xp cd rom disk. However, if I
search for the file by name, I can find it stored on my
hard drive. Once I have the file name, I can insert it
in my document using the Insert Picture from File menu.
Why doesn't the clip organizer know it is on my hard
drive and not on a cd room disk?
