Finding graphics in Word 2007

I have an RTF document that places graphics on several pages (Lines used to
form text boxes.)
I've found most of them by moving the cursor around until it changes to the
arrows and can then delete them.
On one or two pages they are tied to the top of the page and the whole page
cleared at once.

However I still have a bunch left and can't find the "handle" that lets me
delete them.

Is there a secret?

Yes.
Problem solved.
I just hit enter unti the graphic figure was in the clear then could select
and delete it.
