Finding links in Excel 97

Hi there.

When I open one spreadsheet I get the message about 'do
you want to update your links to other spreadsheets?' I
don't remember adding any links to other spreadsheets and
I certainly don't want them there.

Is there any way I can
a) find and remove those links?
b) or just suppress the message?

b. Try this:

Click Tools > Options > Edit tab > Uncheck "Ask to update automatic links" >
OK
