Finding Mails From Contacts

Hi,
Is there any way that i can find a mail that is related to
a contact ?

If i loop through the sentitems folder, how can i restrict
the mailitems to only retrieve mails that has a particular
contact as the recipients

eg:
If i have a Contact A,
How can i filter the mails in the sentitems folder to
retrieve only the mails that have Contact A as the
recipients ?

Can i use restrict ? If yes, what is the correct syntax ?
