Finding my contacts file (CSV)

Where do I find my .csv file on my hard drive. I want to import it into my
webmail but I do not know where Outlook stores this file.

Outlook doesn't store anything in CSV files. You can export contacts to CSV
files from your PST file (which is what Outlook uses for all your data).
