finding normalized quantity per day

I have quantities that are do on specific dates, how do I find how many need to be done each day/ each week to meet the due dates and have the most normalized production curve possible?

B1: 7/15/2013, C1: 7/18/2013, D1: 8/3/2013, ect
B2: 3784, C2: 407, D2: 175, ect
