OutlookXP had a nice feature where you could either click
at the top of the message, or use a toolbar button to
find all messages related to the one selected at the
moment.
I can't find this very useful feature in Outlook 2003.
Grouping by subject only works if all the related
messages are in the same mail folder, but not if rules
have been set up to move messages from a particular
person.
It is hard to believe that this feature may have been
left out of the new version. Can someone help me with
this?
