Finding Shapes

[Frustrated]

When I do a search for a shape, say a cisco device, Visio does not find
anything. I've tried HP, Compaq, Cisco, 3Com, etc, but always come up empty.
Any hints? The boxes are checked for searching the Internet and Visio Web
Shapes.

Sometimes, the manufacturers provide them. Somebody recently posted this
