Finding the cell that is linked to a file

Quick question here.

I have a file which is linked to other files. One file isn't one I own
and I would rather not link to it, but I can't determine which cell is
pulling data from that file.

Any idea how I find that cell?

I know I could use CTRL + ¬ but that means I have to go through every
cell including ones in hidden columns - is there an easier way?

Use Edit>Find and make sure Look In: lists "Formulas" and then i
"Options" choose Workbook to look in all sheets within your workbook.

Enter a phrase that is contained in the link you are looking for, e.g
"[Book2.xls]Sheet1" that identifies the file you are linking to... an
click Find Next.
