Hi,
I've structured outlook so that I have a folder for each company that I am
working with and store all correspondance with them in this folder. I also
flag messages with open issues so that I get a reminder to follow up somtime
in the future.
I'd like to suggest that you add a button to the message menu bar that would
take you to the folder that a message is filed in. Many times I find myself
wanting to review all correspondance with a customer. Now, I have to go to my
contact manager (Cardscan) to get the company name and then come back to
outlook and navigate to the correct folder to get the history with the
customer.
Is there a simpler way to do this now? If not, this could be a very useful
enhancement.
