finding the "from field" in Outlook 2000

I use the most recent outlook and when i send messages i can choose to put a
different email address in the from field (these are addresses i have mail
forwarded from) My partner has an older version of outlook (outlook 2000) and
I can't find how he can add bioth the From field or BCC field to new emails.
I went to the obvious places such as options and view but there is nothing to
add these fields to emails. Can anyone help please

Open a new mail message. Click on view, both options you're looking for
should be in there.
