Finding Workdays prior to a date

In Access, is there a function that will allow a user to calculate the numer of weekdays (Mon-Friday) prior to a given date? Like WORKDAY in Excel.

Thank you very much. I'm disappointed that MS Access has such limited Date Functionality when Excel functions are so abundant. The tip you gave was very helpful.
