Fine Excel data in Word or text file

Gentlefolk;

I have a series of spreadsheets, that I need to see if that data is
contained in some server dump files that are in text format.

For example, on a column in a spreadsheet, I have:
sco_001.1234
sco_999_9876
i00_123_5432

These represent file names. The server data dump has these filenames in text
format, in a random manner.

Currently, I am doing a manual copy/find between the Excel file and the text
file.

But, there should be a way to fairly easily automate this, such that I can
see if the contents of one file are found in another file.

Any suggestions?
