It is possible to use a condition to prevent a user from deleting an Optional
Section--e.g., when a required field is empty--and this also prevents the
user from inserting a new Optional Section. However, is it possible to
prevent the user from inserting a new Optional Section BUT still be able to
delete the current Optional Section? Thanks.
