Finish Variance in PWA and Project Pro Does Not Match

Cross-post as this may be a project pro issue:

On all of my projects, the Finish Variance on PWA and in on the Project
Summary line in Pro are not in sync.

For instance, on this one project the Finish Variance in Project Pro
is -2.94d and on PWA it says that the Finish Variance is -2.35d.

Any ideas as to why these to are not in sync?

SQL Server 2000 SP3a
FrontPage 2003 SP2
