Finnish keyboard, but want default spell check to be English

How can I set the keyboard to Finnish, and set the spell checker in Word and
Outlook to English? It seems that when keyboard is set to English, spell
check is English and when the keyboard is set to Finnish, the spell check is
set to Finnis - and no matter what is done to try to change it, it WILL NOT
remember that I want the spell checker to use English. Is there any way to
make this happen? Thank you in advance for the help!
