I have a bunch of small Access 97 databases that I need to convert all at
once to Access 2002 format. I have experimented with the /convert command-
line switch in Access 2002 but at the end of each database conversion it pops
up a dialog box that I have to hit OK on. Needless to say, this does not lend
itself to automation.

Can anyone tell me a better way of doing this?

This behaviour is controlled by a registry entry -search the KB for
more information.
