FIREFOX & SAFARI

Mac Users who use Firefox & Safari are unable to view all elements I have
designed in FP 2003 for the Web. Any suggestions on to to fix this problem?

Thanks for your time,
JD

To start, change
marginwidth="1440" marginheight="900"
to
marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"

Then remove spaces from file and folder names

Then change
<SCRIPT SRC="MENU 1.js"></SCRIPT>
to
<SCRIPT type="text/javascript" SRC="MENU1.js"></SCRIPT>

I do not see anything wrong.
It works (menus and all) in Opera 8.5, Firefox 1.5, Netscape 7.1, Netscape
6.2, Netscape 4.73 (though difficult to read - but it is working, and
better than in NN6.2 which blacks out the links when hovered over), IE7
Beta 3, IE5.0 (on Windows 98). IE6 I have not tested.

Internet Explorer ignores the marginwidth and marginheight attributes, so
changing these will not make any difference to the display in IE.

works fine without the attributes, which I don't think JD has changed online
yet.

I mean it works fine if you change the attributes to what Ronx said.

OK guys,
I did everything Ronx wrote. I copied and pasted and uploaded and then
viewed the Web Site in Microsft Internet Explorer Version 6.0.2900, Update
Version:; SP2. The site is there but no Flyouts. Any suggestions?

Dunno where your changing it, or maybe we're looking at a different webpage,
but this html is still as it was:

<body topmargin="0" leftmargin="0" rightmargin="0" bottommargin="0"
marginwidth="1440" marginheight="900" style="vertical-align: top;
word-spacing: 0; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0" >

marginwidth is still 1440 which makes your page in Firefox a mile wide...and
marginheight is still there too.

....
And your flyouts are, and have been working fine...Residences and the Sales
Center are the only ones that have flyouts. The Sales Center ones take you
back to the index page however.

I have moved the screen dump to
www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/pages/becks/index.html
The files I used to construct this screen dump are at
www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/pages/becks/beck.zip
As I said, this page works well in every browser I could find.

Off Topic: Note that this .zip is over 1MB in size, which means that
page, with its associated files, is extremely heavy for a Home Page -
50-60KB is more like the target *total* size for a home page. Beck Place
201.gif is over 1MB - this is too big for the home page.
