first Email in INBOX to BIG

Please help. Every time I open outlook it crashes because
the it is getting hung on the first email in the box. I
think it must be too much for outlook as its a big huge
log file.

Can someone tell me what I can do

If youre ISP provides a web interface to your mail, use it to delete the
message. If not, http://mail2web.net/ might help. If that doesn't work,
