First line indent stop

The first line indent stop triangle is not stop right over the tab stop line. The triangle lines up a little to the right of it. How can this be corrected; I have deleted the normal.dotm template.

What you may be experiencing is that the "precision" when using the Ruler
controls can be difficult depending on the resolution of your display & what
Zoom you are at when you try to make the adjustment. There are 2 options
which should enable you to overcome them:

1- Use Format> Paragraph or the Formatting Palette to enter the exact values
you want to impose for Margins, Indents, etc., or

2- Hold the Option key while you drag the marker in order to provide
infinite adjustment & override the default increments.
