I use Access 2003. I have an "Envelope" report which is printed from a
command button on my Form - to print an envelope as needed. When database
was first set up, I had a Canon BJ printer and printing envelopes was not a
problem. Have now replaced it with a HP C7280. Since doing so, the
envelopes don't print properly. If I want a single envelope - from the
command button on the form - it ejects the first envelope (blank), and prints
on the second envelope. The second envelope is printed correctly - but I
just want it to print on the first one.
I have gone through all other similar blank page report problems, but the
solutions have not worked for me.
I am printing to a DL envelope 220 x 110. Landscape in page setup.
Top margin 60cm, Bottom 3.17cm. Left margin 110cm and right 14.36cm.
Detail size: w = 9.698cm, h = 2.501cm.
I have checked "Same as Detail" in page setup.
I will be very grateful for solutions to my problem.
