First slide not showing in slide 'Slideshow'

The first slide is some how being by passed when running the slideshow. It is
not 'hidden', but it has got an action button linked to another file in it.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Peter,
This is a long shot but here it goes. Have you checked in SlideShow - Set up
show if you have not chosen the radio button from to, e.g. you start with
slide 2 instead of 1.
Also it could be you have a custom show as your standard show which does not
include slide 1.
But I could be completely wrong, in that case someone else will jump in.

What is the slide transition setting of the slide? Is it "Automatically after 0
seconds"?
