The first time you launch an office product like ms word you are required to
type your initials. I need to bypass this function. I have a huge citrix farm
and every time someone connects to a new server they are required to enter
their initials. It has become a huge PITA especially with the users who do
not know how to operate a PC. Does anyone know of a registry entry that will
bypass the user to be required to enter their initials the first time the
user connects to a new server in the citrix farm?
I know this might sound petty. The problem is we have over 3000 users and a
ton of servers. Also consider the fact each month we probably have 100+
employees come and go. I would like to eliminate this issue from our
helpdesk. On average they receive 10-20 calls a week concerning this process.
