I am creating a website but the page does not appears same on all the
laptops that is is there is any FIT TO PAGE option in frontpage 2003

Hello,

You will have to code it in such a way that it fits the available browser
area. Using tables with percentage values is one way - we do this for our
site below.

Another option is to enclose the whole site in a fix width table/div, but
this will show lots of white space in higher resolution screens.
