fitting multiple pages

Hallo everyone :). In Microsoft Word XP, I want to be
able to print of multiple pages on to a single page of A4
how do I do this? (a preview would also be nice)..

PS: I'm using Word in Office XP.

In the Print dialog, there is a "Pages per sheet" option.
