Fix for Q272170?

KB articl Q272170 says that a fix is available for the
problem described. How can I get hold of the fix? I'm in
the UK if that makes any difference.

The article states that you have to call Microsoft Product Support Services
to obtain the fix. There is a link you can click on to find the right
telephone number for you in the UK. If you ask JUST for the fix described
in this article and nothing else, they should not charge you for the call.
