Fix for "... security certificate that cannot be verified"

Outlook 2007 up-to-date

For the last year, I have been getting this warning: "The server you are connected to is using a
security certificate that cannot be verified". The warning occurs randomly, meaning it comes up two
or three times a day thus hours may go by w/o a warning.

The Certificate is from ATT, thus I would believe that ATT and MS would have agreed to an acceptable
Certificate.

This is annoying as I must respond to it.

Any thoughts as to a Fix is greatly appreciated!
