Reports grouped on a view built with summed groups do not reset on group
breaks in MSAccess 2003 reports.
Setting the "Running Sum" property with the "Over GrouP" property will not
reset on the section break. This causes the runing sum to total for the
whole report.
This has been an of and on problemin Access in previous versions.
