fix msiexec.exe Access denied

I am trying to intall Microsoft Office 2003 again, my computer crash down and
later revovered, whe I try ti install and after a short begining I get this
answer:

No se puede iniciar C:\WINDOWS\system32\msiexec.exe Access is denied

Can anyone tell me how to fix this and proceed with the instalation.

Sounds like a security/permissions related problem. Are you logged on as
the administrator? And if so, have you tried taking ownership of the
Windows folder?
