Fix Print Preview in Word Please

R

Ralonne

It doesn't show an accurate print preview of one's document. Moreover, when
updating page setup it keeps WANTING TO FIX THE BOTTOM MARGIN to a 2.67"
margin - despite having my top/bottom margins already defaulting to 1" all
around.

I know Word like the back of my hand - so know that you're not dealing with
someone who's a beginner in this program.

A 2.67" margin is a red flag. This is caused by a conflict between recent
versions of Word and the HP drivers for certain LaserJet printers. Many
users report that the drivers at http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/index.html
solve the problem.
