Fixed Cost at $0 in project center views

We are running MS Proj 2003 & Server. We use the Fixed Cost field to track
misc supplies in the plan monthly. Why is the Fixed Cost field in the
project center views showing $0 for every project? Fixed Costs do show up
correctly in Portfolio Analyzer views. Is there some setting I can change?

I'm not sure that the Fixed Cost field rolls up to the project level. In
other words you can have a separate fixed cost at the project level (EG for
startup costs) and at task levels. To see a rolled up cost create a formula
in a Costn field and get the summary field formula to sum it.
