fixed costs are not included in PV in MSPROJECT 2007

Dear all,

When you want to use the EV in MS Project 2007 having both fixed costs and
resource costs, this is what happens:
The BCWS (=PV) is calculated in the Earned Value Table including both fixed
costs and resource costs. However, when you go for "Visual Reports">"Earned
Value" the Planned Value (PV) displayed gives only resource costs and ignores
fixed costs.

Any ideas?
