Fixed size rectangle

Hello,

I created a rectangle through drawing tools. Using "Format autoshape" I
entered its size to be 8 cm in height and 10 cm in width and hit ok. When
printing (Scale to paper size:"No scaling") this rectangle ends up as 9,7 cm
by 7,8cm (w x b). Why am I not getting a 10 cm by 8 cm rectangle on paper ?

What am I doing wrong ? How do I fix this ?

I am using Word 2003 btw.

What Border Style & Weight... that can change the overall dimension of the
shape.
