fixed text box position

As a work around, you could put a borderless text box
inside a textbox. Place you picture in the borderless box
and the dimension changes would be transparent to the
larger outer text box.

does anyone know of a way of fixing a textbox on a page

including its dimensions. My textbox is used to house an
image which is merged via another application. When my
image is merged, when I try to resize my image, after
dragging to resize image, my textbox seems to shrink to
the size of my image.

I want the textbox to remain same position on page and

dimensions - regardles of what I do to the image.
