Fixed Width Website

Using FrontPage 2003, I want to create a "fixed width"
website, that appears in the middle of browsers, with
even space on both sides.

People are mostly using 800x600 screens, so use a
centered table with a width of 780px. That is what I have
used for this website: www.harmonrealestate.org.

780px will cause a scroll bar in most browsers
760 px is safer to use
