Fixing FrontPage Database Interface Wizard errors

Whenever I create a set of Database editor pages using Database Interface
Wizard, the error below is always returned when a record edit is attempted.

Database Results Wizard Error
The operation failed. If this continues, please contact your server
administrator.

I used to get those errrors or similar in the DIW in FP2002 - I haven't
tried it in FP 2003, so I can't say if the problem exists there or not.
