fixing up time wastsing crap

when you click on "tools" from outlook only half the dam menu comes up


you have to click on to the arrows going down to get the rest of the menu,
then only 3 or 4 items are added to the list,

I fixed it once before it was so simple, how does one do it again thanks

Right-click on any toolbar or menubar & pick 'Customize...'

When the dialog opens, pick the 'Options' tab & then check the checkbox for
'Always show full menus'.

As for it not showing the expected number of items when you click the 'down
arrow' -- maybe you moved some of these items to another menu? This is also
done while the 'Customize...' mode is open. Dragging and dropping menu
items will move them around.

I had to untick "Menus show recently used commands first" I don't understand
why microsoft stuffs you around like that,

Try This:
Click on VIEW menu, then TOOLBARS, then CUSTOMIZE, then
OPTIONS, then CLICK the box that says "Always show full
menu".
