assuming flagged items = mail and other outlook item types, it's not a
native feature and it can't easily be replicated. You can create a folder
home page and see all in one window or possibly use advanced find provided
you can get the search terms down.
www.digidashlive.com has some active desktop samples you can use for folder
home pages...
