Flagging sent email if not reply rec'd in Outlook 2003

Is it possible to flag an out-going email to prompt if it hasn't been replied
to in a set period on time?

I am looking for a way to keep track of emails that I send that require a
timely response.

Running Exchange and Outlook 2003
