Flags in Outlook 2003

I have 2 Question,

1:- I know we can customize Flags but Can we add more Flags in outlook?

2:- I am working in a Team of 15, and its really hard to use separate flags to identify each of us, but is there's any way that if we select Flag from toolbar, this automatically get the Mail Box User Name and display in any user defined column ?

Please Advice ............ ?

1 - If I remember correctly, no. OL2007 adds color categories which are
expandable
2 - I don't think so

Why not use categories for this instead?

No. Use categories instead. You can use custom views and automatic
formatting to highlight the messages based on the category or group by
category.
